Acura & Infiniti of Baton Rouge is looking for an experienced , motivated F&I Manager to join our team. We represent two exceptional luxury brands, and we're looking for someone who understands that the F&I experience should be just as exceptional as the vehicle-buying experience. If you're confident at the desk, passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience, and driven to produce results without sacrificing integrity, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Guide customers through the financing and leasing process from start to finish. Present finance options, warranties, protection products, and other aftermarket products. Build strong relationships with customers while earning their trust. Work closely with the Sales and Management teams to structure deals and maximize profitability. Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions. Ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurate, compliant and completed efficiently. Stay current on lender programs, regulations, and F&I best practices. Deliver a professional, transparent, and memorable experience to every customer.

What We're Looking For:

Previous automotive F&I experience required. Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and aftermarket products. Proven ability to consistently achieve F&I production and profitability goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. A customer-first mindset with a strong sense of ethics and integrity. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
