Direct Job #30483 Fund Accounting Manager - Investment Firm in Miami We're working with a highly respected private investment and family office in Miami that is looking to add a Fund Accounting Manager to its team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a sophisticated investment environment and work closely with senior leadership across a diverse portfolio of investments. The role will have meaningful ownership over fund accounting, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee fund accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of investment entities Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules Monitor investment activity and ensure transactions are accurately recorded Work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers Support audits, tax processes, and other financial reporting requirements Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within fund accounting, private equity, investment management, or a family office Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with investment accounting and/or complex entity structures Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities $115K-$150K, depending on experience If you are interested, please apply directly and email your resume to Cassidy Sullivan at [email protected] .
