full-time Finance Manager Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to support financial reporting, cost analysis, and business performance initiatives. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making across the business. Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business operations and leadership decision-making Perform cost analysis and monitor manufacturing performance metrics Investigate and explain budget-to-actual and forecast variances, providing meaningful commentary and recommendations Maintain and update product standard costs within the company's ERP system Partner with operations and other internal departments to translate financial data into actionable business insights Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning activities Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and operational efficiencies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 4+ years of financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles Experience working with ERP systems and standard costing methodologies Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
