Job Description

As a Finance and Insurance Manager in our organization, your responsibility is to help guide our customers through the post-purchase process, helping them with financing options, accessories, and vehicle protection plans. Your goal is to develop a relationship with the customer so you can properly educate them on the financing and protection products they may need, building value in our services and getting the customer excited about their car and the way we do business at Lev Kia. In this role, you will need to: Become an expert on all the vehicle protection plans and products we offer, and convey the value of these products to the customer Explain the benefits of buying, leasing, and financing to the customer, and accurately complete appropriate paperwork Assist customer with selection and purchase of vehicle accessories, vehicle service agreements, and other aftersell and financial products Work collaboratively with sales, service, parts, and marketing to execute a sales strategy and achieve the highest possible Customer Satisfaction Index Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future You should have: At least 2 years sales and dealership F&I experience Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or finance related field is preferred but not required Enthusiasm and passion for cars Strong communication and math skills Strong negotiation skills and exceptional closing skills Appreciation and understanding of outstanding customer service The ability to work with others to advance the vision of the department Highly self motivated with energy, passion, and enthusiasm Patient, honest, humble, and hardworking Great with people
