An Accounting Manager manages the accounting department of a company or organization. Directs the accounting staff that prepare financial statements and business activity and forecasting reports and tax filings. Monitors accounting data. Implements and manages accounting policies and procedures. Advises management with regard to finance decisions.

Multi-Entity Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
Lead the consolidation and financial reporting process across 30+ reporting entities Review entity financials, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and consolidation entries Manage intercompany eliminations and multi-currency activity Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multiple entities Support the integration of newly acquired entities Improve reporting templates, accounting systems, processes, and data accuracy Partner with local accounting teams and corporate leadership to resolve reporting issues Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other finance teams Lead and develop accounting team members
Multi-Entity Accounting Manager Qualifications:
6-10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience Strong multi-entity accounting and consolidation experience Experience with intercompany reconciliations and eliminations Exposure to multi-currency accounting strongly preferred Strong knowledge of US GAAP Advanced accounting/financial systems experience Experience with Planful/Host Analytics, OneStream, Oracle, SAP, BPC, Tagetik, Hyperion, or similar systems preferred Strong Excel skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Manufacturing or other complex multi-entity industry experience preferred CPA or Master's degree a plus #
