Automotive Finance Manager - Confidential A high-volume new/used-car dealership is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our management team. This is a confidential opportunity for a proven F&I professional who can deliver strong results while providing an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Secure financing and finalize vehicle purchases with customers. Submit credit applications and work with multiple lending institutions to obtain competitive approvals. Present financing options, extended service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other F&I products. Maximize F&I performance, product penetration, and PVR while maintaining a customer-first approach. Ensure all deals and documentation comply with federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements. Review contracts for accuracy and ensure deals are funded promptly. Work closely with the sales management team to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process. Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and manufacturer finance partners. Consistently meet department performance and CSI expectations. Qualifications Previous automotive Finance Manager/F&I experience required. New-car franchise dealership experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive lending, deal structure, and F&I products. Proven track record of strong F&I production. Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment. Strong understanding of F&I compliance and ethical business practices.
