Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service while representing top automotive franchises. Summary We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team in Massachusetts. This pivotal role will contribute to the financial health of Tasca Automotive Group by overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic financial planning. Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations and reporting for the organization. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Conduct risk analysis and manage financial risks effectively. Prepare budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning. Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors. Monitor cash flow and manage treasury functions. Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (mandatory). Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role (mandatory). Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles (mandatory). Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes (preferred). Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail (preferred). Leadership experience in managing finance teams (preferred). Proficient in financial software and reporting tools (preferred). Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
