We are seeking a high energy, dependable and detail-oriented individual with a can-do attitude to join our growing company. The individual must have experience working in a prepaid subscription with recurring revenue organization, excellent verbal and written communication skills, thorough understanding of GAAP and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Pro.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all financial, accounting and HR facets of the corporation Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes Perform quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions Select and negotiate rates with various vendors for competitive rates. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Develop budgets and forecasts for proposed projects, measured actual performance against standards and interpreted the results of operation Work with CEO on special corporate projects.

Qualities:

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance desired Minimum of 3-5 years hands-on experience in small corporation. Experience working in subscription base (e-commerce), recurring revenue model
