• Develop and maintain robust forecasting and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize

Planning modules.

• Provide actionable insights by analyzing financial data and identifying trends and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Act as a key point of contact for finance-related system enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Conduct periodic reviews of financial performance, presenting findings to senior leadership.
• Support the development of long-term financial strategies to drive business growth.
• Mentor and guide entry level team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Requirements
• Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
• Strong expertise with SAP HANA and its Planning modules.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Familiarity with financial compliance standards and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
