Interim Controller - Hybrid / Woburn, MA Our client, a growing professional services organization, is seeking an Interim Controller to provide hands-on accounting leadership and ensure continuity of core financial operations during a temporary coverage period. This role will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, manage the close process, and collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain accurate and timely financial reporting in a lean, fast-moving environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including transaction processing and account maintenance Manage accounts payable activity and ensure timely and accurate invoice processing Lead the month-end close process and maintain a structured close calendar Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations within the ERP system Review payroll activity, monitor changes, and ensure appropriate funding across multiple entities Monitor accounts receivable activity and follow up on outstanding balances Prepare consolidated financial statements and support financial reporting deliverables Qualifications 10+ years of accounting or controllership experience NetSuite experience required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
