Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner for an 8-month contract opportunity. This role will work closely with business leaders to provide financial insight, support strategic decision-making, and improve overall business performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial analysis skills with the ability to build relationships across operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Partner with business unit leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

+ Provide meaningful analysis on business performance, trends, and key financial drivers

+ Deliver monthly management reporting and variance analysis

+ Support strategic planning and commercial decision-making with financial insight

+ Identify risks and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency

+ Challenge assumptions and provide recommendations to support business performance

+ Assist with financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case development

+ Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders to ensure alignment on key priorities

+ Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Requirements Key Requirements:

+ Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, or similar role

+ Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting

+ Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills

+ Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders

+ Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability

+ Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP or reporting tools is an advantage

+ Professional finance qualification preferred (CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
