What You'll Do

+ Lead financial analysis and support strategic business decisions through modeling and forecasting

+ Manage and refine asset-liability management (ALM) analysis and related financial reporting

+ Perform risk analysis and develop scenario models to support planning and decision-making

+ Build and maintain financial models used for forecasting, stress testing, and business performance evaluation

+ Partner with leadership to provide insights on financial trends, risks, and opportunities

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives

+ Prepare clear and concise financial presentations, reporting packages, and decision-support materials

+ Help improve finance processes, reporting, and controls

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

+ Several years of progressive finance experience

+ Strong hands-on experience in:

+ Asset-Liability Management (ALM)

+ Risk analysis / risk management

+ Strong understanding of financial statements and overall finance operations

+ Ability to work independently in a stand-alone finance role

+ Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

+ Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights

Preferred:

+ Financial modeling

+ Scenario modeling / forecasting

+ Prior exposure to or working knowledge of accounting

+ Experience supporting senior leadership or executive decision-making
