Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive fiscal excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in financial management, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance, with a proven track record in developing financial strategies that support organizational growth and stability. As a key member of the leadership team, the Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, reporting, risk analysis, and compliance functions while fostering a culture of accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Oversee corporate accounting functions such as general ledger management, account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable processing, and cost accounting to maintain precise financial records. Develop and implement financial projection models to support strategic planning, budgeting processes, and forecasting activities aligned with organizational goals. Manage treasury functions including cash flow analysis, investment management, and risk mitigation strategies to optimize liquidity and fiscal health. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and governmental accounting standards by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations such as ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) and other relevant standards. Supervise the finance team's daily operations while providing leadership in financial analysis, data analytics tools utilization, and technical accounting practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development initiatives, cost control measures, and revenue management strategies to enhance profitability. Conduct risk analysis assessments to identify potential financial vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans. Support regulatory reporting requirements through meticulous documentation and adherence to legal standards. Experience Extensive professional experience in finance or accounting roles with demonstrated progression into managerial or directorial positions. Proven expertise in
IFRS, GAAP, ASC 606
revenue recognition standards, and governmental accounting practices. Strong background in corporate finance including budgeting, forecasting, investment management, and cost control. Experience managing finance teams within complex organizations with an emphasis on compliance management. Proficiency in accounting systems software, Excel data analysis tools, and financial software platforms for accurate reporting and data interpretation. Demonstrated ability to develop financial models for strategic planning purposes using advanced data analytics techniques. Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations along with risk management practices tailored to diverse organizational needs. Leadership experience in overseeing financial operations at a senior level with a focus on fostering team development and operational excellence.
