This organization values high-ownership individuals and rewards reliability with a clear trajectory for career advancement. Proven experience in an operational accounting role, with a willingness to actively process payroll and AP. Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and strong Excel skills. Demonstrated grit and endurance to handle demanding seasonal cycles, which requires 12-hour shifts and weekend availability during winter snow events. Prior experience with job costing, budgeting, and cash flow management within construction, landscaping, or field-service industries is highly preferred. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a self-starting nature to investigate financial discrepancies without being chased. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for an on-site schedule and off-hours seasonal response.
