full-time The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, reviewing work, developing team members, and providing a high level of personalized client service. The underlying role supports clients whose financial structures may include trusts and other related entities. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial activities. Manage and develop accounting team members while maintaining accountability for quality and deadlines. Review accounting work for accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. Maintain a thorough understanding of each client's financial structure, including trusts and related entities. Monitor cash activity and maintain organized documentation supporting financial transactions. Manage client bill payment, payroll-related activity, and investment tracking. Prepare and maintain financial statements using QuickBooks. Assist with consolidated financial reporting and customized financial projects. Prepare cash flow projections and other financial analyses based on client needs. Gather and organize financial information needed to support tax preparation. Maintain appropriate documentation related to tax, trust, and estate matters. Assist with special accounting, tax, and administrative projects as needed. Provide responsive, high-touch service while balancing the needs and deadlines of multiple clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of management experience, ideally in a role involving multiple clients or complex financial reporting. Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Strong accounting, analytical, and mathematical skills. Prior experience reviewing work or providing guidance to other accounting professionals is valuable. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
