You will learn the inner workings of automotive finance from the ground up. Phase 1 (Assistant): Learn the industry, master compliance, and build your foundation at $60,000+ . Phase 2 (Training): Learn how to structure deals, work directly with banks, and present options to customers. Phase 3 (F&I Manager): Step into full dealership leadership, where performance-based pay scales your income to $150,000 - $200,000+ per year . What You Will Do Support our finance managers with daily paperwork and deal processing. Review and verify customer contracts and sales documents for accuracy. Work with lenders and internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries. Maintain clean paperwork, electronic files, and accurate data records. What You Need Background in administration, banking, accounting, bookkeeping, sales, or finance. Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational habits. Good math and computer skills. Ability to protect confidential customer and financial data. A calm approach to a fast-paced, deadline-driven workday. (Bonus points if you have worked in a car dealership before, but not required!)
