Duties include:
Submitting applications Securing financing for the customer, Completing paperwork with customers for loans and purchases, Sales of back-end products such as service contracts, maintenance agreements, GAP, theft, tire/wheel protection, and more. Maintain expected profit per unit sold Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all sources of finance and insurance products, factory, and otherwise Establish forecast for finance department in conjunction with sales department to achieve a desired percent of penetration and income Responsible for following up on and collecting receivables Process all transaction paperwork and ensure it is accurate and meets the needs of the Office, state-specific DMV, and lender requirements Verify the accuracy of all title, lien information, taxes, and other documents on customer paperwork Ensure the accuracy of customer information in dealership databases (including email addresses) Forward completed deals to the office in a timely manner Follow-up with customers as a courtesy reminder for purchased products requiring customer action Prepare monthly reports on finance penetration and products sold Keep sales management up to date with regard to rates and products Follow policies and procedures as set forth in the Personnel Policy Manual and other corporate policies
Qualifications:
Ability to interpret customer challenges and make appropriate recommendations to create positive customer experiences and outcomes. Strong competency in negotiating, influencing skills, effectively executing, and closing deals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with empirical decision-making ability. Self-motivated, energetic, positive, pragmatic, and concise with a 'can do' attitude. Attention to detail is a must Working knowledge of computers, office software, and equipment. The ideal candidate would have 3yrs experience in a retail finance office. Automotive, RV, Marine, Motorcycle, ATV, PWC Etc...
