Youth Specialist - Family Division, Juvenile Unit About the
Role:
Support the development and delivery of youth programming under the guidance of the Program Director and direct supervision of the Program Leader. This is a position with the Branch County Day Treatment Program.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing Day Treatment Program policies and activities. Engage and supervise youth in program-related activities. Promote personal growth and social development through structured interventions.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field (required).Qualifications:
Experience working with youth or in community-based programs (preferred). Understanding of the Juvenile Justice System and Children's Services programs. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Benefits
