We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Business Operations & Financial Supervisor to lead a team of financial analysts and operations specialists. While this role requires a sharp eye for corporate financials, budgeting, and operational efficiency, we are specifically looking for a leader who believes that the strength of the balance sheet starts with the strength of the team. The ideal candidate is a "People First" leader—someone who finds as much professional satisfaction in a team member's growth as they do in executing a quality quarterly forecast. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations while actively coaching, mentoring, and removing barriers for your direct reports. Key Responsibilities People Leadership & Talent Development (The Priority)
Direct Supervision:
Lead, inspire, and manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of psychological safety, inclusion, growth mindset and high performance.
Mentorship & Coaching:
Conduct regular 1-on-1s focused not just on task updates, but on long-term career aspirations and skill-building.
Performance Management:
Set clear expectations and provide real-time, constructive feedback. Lead the annual performance review process and create actionable Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Team Culture:
Proactively manage team morale, resolve conflicts with empathy, and celebrate wins to maintain a highly engaged workforce.
Financial & Operational Oversight Budgeting & Forecasting:
Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
Operational Excellence:
Identify and implement process improvements within financial workflows to increase accuracy and reduce cycle times.
Variance Analysis:
Review financial performance against targets, providing insightful advisory to senior leadership on risks and opportunities.
Technology Spend :
Strategic forecasting and procurement velocity, asset verification and compliance, and tech refresh
Compliance & Controls:
Ensure all financial activities adhere to corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Required Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in corporate finance, business operations, or accounting.
Leadership Track Record:
Previous experience in a formal or informal leadership role (e.g., Team Lead, Project Manager) with a demonstrable passion for developing others and being a strategic thought-partner.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel skills, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Preferred Attributes The "Coach"
