In this position... This Product Manager role supports Ford Credit Insurance Operations by managing the Insurance Center of Excellence and assigned insurance products if applicable, ensuring compliance, coordinating with key business partners, and serving as a subject-matter expert for internal and external stakeholders. The Product Manager will be responsible for revamping and enhancing the Insurance Operations Center of Excellence and supports training, competitor analysis, SharePoint/database improvements and updates, and enterprise insurance guidance. In addition, the position may manage insurance products and related projects from end to end, including policy updates, renewals, coverage reviews, regulatory filings, claims support, rate reviews, reporting, and customer service. The role works closely with the Legal department, Compliance, Actuarial Services, Accounting, Financial Analysis, Ford Credit, Ford Motor Company, dealers, and claims teams to ensure products are competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer needs.
