PJL Enterprise is a growing group of Upper Peninsula businesses looking for an Accounting & Finance Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day financial operations and help strengthen our accounting processes as we grow. You don't need to already have "Controller" on your résumé. We're looking for someone with strong accounting fundamentals, good judgment, and the confidence to take ownership of their work. What You'll Do Oversee accounting across multiple businesses Manage AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger activity Prepare and review monthly financial reports Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting Coordinate payroll accounting and reporting Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues Work directly with ownership and management Help improve accounting systems, controls, and processes What We're Looking For Strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience QuickBooks Online experience preferred Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Accounting or finance degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered CPA not required Why PJL?
