CityScape What you'll do: As a Treasury Manager, you will develop and maintain analytical frameworks and key assumptions across Treasury functions, including ALM, FTP, Capital, and Liquidity. This role leads the testing and implementation of QRM modeling enhancements, provides oversight of Treasury data analytics, and partners closely with Information Technology to ensure stable, well governed business as usual (BAU) model operations. Work closely with Data Governance groups to analyze and maintain complex data mappings between the General Ledger, data warehouse, and Treasury systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Manage Data Management Repository to support all the model input data requirements. Play an integral, hands-on role in building and testing QRM model enhancements, assumption updates, and estimate related impacts on key metrics such as EVE, NII and FTP. Provide oversight and coordination of changes across multiple Treasury teams (IRR, Forecast, FTP) to ensure alignment, effective collaboration, and timely implementation in ALM system. Operates effectively in a fast‑paced BAU environment by troubleshooting data issues, setup or modelling related changes within QRM. Collaborate with second line of defense teams including Model Risk Management to support oversight and governance. Maintain vendor relationships with QRM and supporting Treasury systems, and coordinate ongoing system maintenance, model updates and issue resolution What you'll need: 5+ years of related experience in Corporate Treasury and Asset/Liability Mgmt., Accounting, Portfolio Management or similar fields. Bachelor's degree in related field required, Masters or MBA in related field preferred. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Experience in Asset Liability/Financial Risk management role involving balance sheet modeling in a U.S. regulated commercial banking, investment banking, or consumer credit environment. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of financial markets and instruments. Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills. Certified Treasury Professional preferred. Chartered Financial Analysts preferred. Certified Public Accountant preferred. Occasional travel required.
