ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role you support the consolidation, forecasting, and reporting processes across the organization, helping ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and decision-ready. You partner closely with FP&A, accounting, and business finance teams to coordinate forecast submissions, respond to data requests, and prepare consolidated forecast and reporting summaries across the businesses. By combining strong systems capability, process discipline, and financial acumen, you help improve consolidation quality, reporting consistency, and organizational visibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial submissions across business units and functions.

Coordinate forecast cycles, collect inputs, follow up on open items, and help ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Prepare consolidated forecast and reporting summaries across the businesses that provide clear visibility to overall performance, key variances, and trends.

Respond to recurring and ad hoc data requests from finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Partner with FP&A, accounting, and business finance teams to validate submissions, resolve data issues, and improve reporting consistency.

Help maintain and improve consolidation processes, templates, and reporting tools to increase efficiency and reduce cycle time.

Support the preparation of management reports, forecast summaries, and internal review materials.

Leverage OneStream and other financial systems to manage data, support reporting needs, and improve process quality.

Promote strong financial discipline, attention to detail, and continuous improvement across planning and consolidation activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, consolidation, or corporate finance within a complex organization.

Strong background in forecasting, reporting, financial data management, and consolidation processes.

OneStream experience is highly preferred.

Experience working with ERP and financial planning systems; SAP experience is a plus.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work through large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.

Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across finance teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrated ownership, process discipline, and commitment to continuous improvement.
