The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off) Onsite cafeteria, fitness center, and outdoor fitness track Functional responsibility within the US Operations Finance organization supporting Stryker Programs to include the following responsibilities: Lead and develop a growing team of program finance analysts in support of US Operations and Stryker Vehicles line of business Train team to support USG reporting requirements, compliance, and metrics Support team in preparation of contract EACs Coordinate quarterly and annual audit deliverables to external auditors Review, analyze, and consolidate monthly Orders, Revenue, and Cash forecasts with variances Support customer meetings Work cross functionally to improve processes across the division Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business is required. Accounting or Finance majors preferred 10+ year experience Aptitude to manage multiple tasks concurrently through organization and planning Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Knowledge in Oracle and Hyperion preferred Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. 100% onsite
