RESRG Automotive is seeking you to join our team as a Business Team Controller in our Troy, Michigan facility! Your JobThe Business Team Controller will work within the Commercial Finance team and is responsible for owning customer financial performance, driving pricing strategies, supporting program financials, and enabling accurate forecasting and reporting. This role partners closely with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, and Business Team leadership to ensure financial transparency, improve profitability, and support strategic decision making What you Will do in Your RoleCustomer & Commercial Financial ManagementMaintain and review customer financials on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with corporate standards.

Lead development of annual pricing strategies in partnership with Commercial and BU leadership.

Partner with the Sales Manager on price and EBITDA walks, ensuring clarity on key drivers and variances.

Support the preparation and facilitation program capital expenditures Program Financial SupportAssess financial performance of programs and identify underperforming initiatives.

Conduct Engineering Change (EC) financial reviews and validate business case impacts.

Track tooling profitability and associated cash flow, ensuring alignment with program milestones.

Manage Capex cash flow timing coordination across programs.

Support claims related to volume shortfalls and other commercial adjustments. Quoting & Profitability ImprovementParticipate in customer quote reviews, ensuring alignment with Value Estimating and Business Team financial assumptions.

Drive roadmaps for cost improvement and margin enhancement opportunities.

Ensure quoting accuracy and financial integrity across all submissions. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business5+ years of experience in commercial finance, program finance, FP&A, or related roles.
