What You Will Do:

Manage all system administration within the Loan Origination Software and all vendor administration used by the mortgage division. Creates, updates and reviews all system templates for loan program, disclosures, closing costs, and closing documents. Includes efolder, system checklists, milestone setup and maintenance. Primary liaison with ICE Technology and all vendor s including credit, flood, fraud, compliance, documents, underwriting, investor/government sponsored entities and system consultants. Manages project teams that are impacted by Encompass. Manages both consultant and internal change management tracking. Performs testing and communication on all system related changes Setup, removal and ongoing review and maintenance of all mortgage staff system administration related to the origination, processing, underwriting, closing and delivery of residential mortgage loans. Supports all mortgage staff with system related assistance, error messages, outages, etc Communicates with internal mortgage staff on process and system related changes. Assists with onboarding and training new mortgage staff on Encompass and integrated systems used in the mortgage process. Performs other related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Five years in a mortgage technology role or related experience. Experience with Encompass360 or related platform Knowledge of FHA, VA, RD and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac products Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with vendors and the mortgage team in a timely and professional manner Ability to multitask and troubleshoot system errors and optimize user experience within department software Strong organization and project management skills including onboarding and continued staff training.
