Job Summary We are a high precision manufacturing company specializing in custom built plastic injection molds, special machines and workholding fixtures. Seeking a detail-oriented Office and Accounting Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and financial processes within our organization. This role combines organizational skills and accounting expertise to ensure smooth office functioning and accurate financial management. Duties Oversee accounting functions such as managing AP & AR, payroll prep and processing, journal entries, and financial reporting using QuickBooks. Managing human resources including onboarding new staff, employee benefits enrollment, maintaining employee records, and coordination with providers. Filing various documents, such as Monthly sales tax and use, Annual Work Comp and General Liability Audits, Annual retirement plan compliancy etc. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated accounting and finance experience with proficiency in bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll processing, and financial software such as QuickBooks or equivalent Familiarity with office software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Technical proficiency in handling confidential information securely and managing multiple priorities efficiently Background in human resources is a plus but not required
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
