Guiding customers through financing, leasing, protection products, and ownership options. Creating financing solutions that meet customer needs while supporting dealership profitability. Building strong partnerships with lenders to secure competitive approvals and funding. Delivering transparent and professional product presentations that enhance the ownership experience. Reviewing and finalizing deal documentation with accuracy and efficiency. Maintaining compliance with all state, federal, lender, and dealership requirements. Monitoring funding timelines and ensuring contracts move smoothly through the process. Working alongside sales leadership to maximize customer satisfaction and business results. Driving key performance metrics including product penetration, profitability, and lender performance. What You'll Bring Automotive F&I experience with a history of consistent production and results. Strong understanding of finance, leasing, lender programs, and compliance requirements. Ability to build trust quickly with both customers and business partners. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A customer-first approach that balances experience, transparency, and profitability. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Total Rewards $125,000 - $180,000K This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: Base/Draw/Hourly Offset and the opportunity to earn Commission/Bonus. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
