Our ideal Finance General Manger will contribute to the success of our organization by providing accurate and insightful data; which can then be used to make sound business decisions, drive action, and improve profitability to move PTC forward.
Finance General Manager Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of the finance team. Develop and monitor strategies for ensuring the long-term financial viability of the organization. Create annual operating plans that support strategic direction and correlate with annual operating budgets. Prepare financial or regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or at the request of the Leadership Team. Create and collaborate with the Leadership Team to define and articulate the organization's vision and to develop financial strategies for achieving that vision. Assist with obtaining financial resources for the company- mortgages, loans, and/or funding as needed. Oversight of billing to include revenue streams associated with Medical Assistance, Housing Support, and personal responsibilities of a person served. Coordination of billing with HHA and FMEs. Recognize the need for and coordinate the creation and maintenance of Finance procedures. Compliance with 245D.
Finance General Manager Qualifications:
Dependability and reliability required. Must exhibit effective communication skills and the ability to verbally express thoughts clearly. Communicate pertinent information to appropriate parties and promptly respond to all work communication. Must work well and collaborate with co-workers, show a positive attitude, and maintain confidentiality. Five to seven years of experience managing a team of employees. Creative and strategic thinking skills. Strong experience with income statement analysis and advanced skills with Excel, Microsoft, Outlook, and QuickBooks. Experience with payroll and billing processes. Ability to pass and maintain required trainings required per 245D. Meet the licensing, contractual, & other mandated requirements of the state. Possess a valid driver's license, proof of liability insurance and a satisfactory driving record. Ability to pass criminal/registry background check. Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetic services that will enable these senses to function adequately. Ability to read, write and speak English at a level that meets the performance requirements. Experience in the Human Services field and 245D preferred. Preferred degree in related field, with five to seven years of experience in a similar role.
