Position Summary:
Oversee retail areas including Lake View Cafe, Terrace Bistro, Fountain Cafe, Corner Gourmet and Dr Lounge. Supervises and instructs employees in the daily operation of the department, participates in special projects and in areas of expertise; follows the guidelines for maintaining a quality food service. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education:
High school graduate with three years experience required Certified Dietary Manager Certificate, Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferredExperience:
