Bob Sight Independence Kia is hiring an experienced Automotive Finance Manager in Independence, Missouri. This is a hands-on F&I and sales tower role. When you're not signing a customer, you'll work alongside our sales managers to desk car deals, structure approvals, and help the team move deals forward. Kia experience is preferred, but it is not required. What you'll do Present financing, lease, and protection options clearly to customers Work with lenders to secure approvals and structure deals Prepare and review accurate contracts and deal paperwork Work the sales tower and desk car deals when you're not actively signing a customer Partner with the sales team to create a smooth experience from sale to delivery Follow dealership policies and applicable F&I compliance requirements What we're looking for Previous experience as an automotive Finance Manager Strong deal structuring, lender relations, and desking skills A customer-focused approach and clear communication Attention to detail and the ability to keep deals moving Kia experience is a plus A schedule that's hard to beat Five-day workweek One Saturday off each month We close at 6 p.m. on weekdays and 4 p.m. on Saturdays Bob Sight Independence Kia is part of the family-owned Bob Sight Auto Group.
