Experienced Accountant Rosebud Tractor & Equipment — Rosebud, Missouri Rosebud Tractor & Equipment is a growing agriculture and construction equipment dealership located in Rosebud, Missouri. We are looking for an Experienced Accountant to join our team full-time and play an important role in managing and supporting the financial operations of our business. We are a small team of approximately 20 employees and pride ourselves on maintaining a fun, easygoing, and flexible work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working independently, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be an important part of a growing company. Position Overview The Experienced Accountant will report directly to the owner and will be responsible for a broad range of accounting and financial functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounting experience, be comfortable working independently, and have the ability to identify issues, solve problems, and communicate effectively with management. Because we are a small business, we're looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in wherever needed. You should be someone who doesn't need to be babysat, catches mistakes, takes initiative, and can manage responsibilities from day-to-day accounting through month-end and year-end close.

Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• General ledger management
• Month-end and year-end closing
• Preparation and review of financial statements
• Payroll processing and related accounting
• Sales and use tax reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Customer invoicing and collections
• Inventory accounting
• Tax preparation and support
• Audit support
• Cash management
• Maintaining accurate and organized financial records
• Providing financial information and reporting to management
• Identifying discrepancies and helping resolve accounting issues
• Assisting with other accounting and administrative needs as the business grows Qualifications
• 3+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
• CPA preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Proactive, self-motivated approach to work
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Comfortable working in a small-business environment where responsibilities can vary
