What You'll Do In this role, you'll work closely with business owners and nonprofit leaders to manage their day-to-day accounting, improve processes, and turn financial data into something useful.

Core responsibilities include:

Manage and oversee full-cycle accounting for multiple clients (monthly close, reconciliations, financial reporting, etc.) Work extensively in QuickBooks Online and related apps to maintain accurate, real-time financials Help clients clean up, streamline, and improve their accounting systems and workflows Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency—then help implement them Deliver clear, timely financial reports and help clients understand what the numbers mean Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning conversations Serve as a go-to contact for clients—responsive, proactive, and solutions-oriented Collaborate with our tax and advisory teams to ensure a seamless client experience Who We're Looking For Someone who enjoys both the technical side of accounting and the people side.
