Job Description

Full-Time | Year-Round Broadview School District is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to serve as our next Business Manager . What You'll Do The Business Manager oversees the district's financial operations and works closely with the Superintendent to ensure the district remains fiscally responsible and compliant with state and federal requirements.
Responsibilities include:
Manage district budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting Process payroll and employee benefits Oversee accounts payable and receivable Prepare financial reports for the Superintendent and Board of Trustees Assist with audits and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Manage purchasing and vendor relationships Coordinate insurance, retirement, and employee benefit programs Work collaboratively with district staff, administration, and outside agencies Perform other business office duties as assigned Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, business administration, or a related field Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based financial systems Experience in school finance is preferred but not required. We are willing to train a candidate who demonstrates professionalism, integrity, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
