Job Description

AMR is seeking an Emergency Response Paramedic to join our Emergency Services team in the Healthcare & Medical Services industry. In this frontline role, you will respond to 911 and urgent calls, deliver high-quality pre-hospital care, and safely transport patients. You'll perform advanced assessments, provide BLS/ALS interventions, operate and maintain ambulance equipment, and document care accurately. At AMR, you'll work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment that prioritizes patient safety, ongoing clinical training, and community-focused service. Responsibilities Respond rapidly to 911 and emergency calls as part of an AMR ambulance crew Perform thorough patient assessments and deliver BLS/ALS care per protocols Stabilize and safely transport patients to appropriate medical facilities Operate and maintain ambulance equipment and medical supplies Document patient care accurately using electronic reporting systems Communicate effectively with dispatch, hospitals, and public safety partners Follow AMR and regulatory safety, infection-control, and clinical policies Participate in ongoing training, drills, and quality improvement activities Required Skills Advanced life support (ALS) procedures Basic life support (BLS) procedures Pre-hospital patient assessment Airway management and ventilation Medication administration (per protocols) EKG acquisition and interpretation (basic) Trauma care and stabilization Safe ambulance driving and navigation Electronic patient care reporting (e PCR) Infection control and safety compliance
