The Manager, Revenue Integrity provides leadership and oversight for programs that support accurate charge capture, reimbursement optimization, and regulatory compliance. This role oversees key revenue integrity functions, including auditing, coding, Charge Description Master (CDM) maintenance, denials management, and revenue analytics. By partnering with clinical, operational, and financial leaders, the Manager drives process improvements that enhance revenue cycle performance and support the organization's financial health.
What You'll Do:
Lead revenue integrity operations. Optimize revenue capture and reimbursement. Ensure compliance and audit readiness. Manage denials and revenue recovery. Build strategic partnerships and strengthen policies and education.

Experienced healthcare revenue cycle leader with expertise in revenue integrity, charge capture, coding, reimbursement, and compliance. Strong leader with a track record of developing teams and driving results. Analytical thinker who uses data to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions. Collaborative partner who builds trusted relationships across clinical, financial, and operational teams. Effective communicator who can translate complex regulatory and reimbursement requirements into actionable practices.
