Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Job Summary- The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager is responsible for strategic and operational oversight of the complete revenue cycle for Primary Care, Pediatrics, Dental, and Behavioral Health services.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field;Experience:
5+ years of progressive revenue cycle experience; 3 years of management experience; Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)Expertise:
Strong knowledge of FQHC operations, medical, dental, and behavioral health billing;Certifications:
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), preferred; Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP), preferred; Certified Professional Coder (CPC), preferred; Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA), preferred;Systems Knowledge:
Proficient with clearinghouse processes, denial management tools, and reporting platforms; Advanced proficiency with EMR Systems, Athena Centricity, Dentrix, and Epic, preferred.Immunizations:
Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employmentPay Range:
$61,889.00- $83,173.
