Accounting Manager

Job Description Accounting Manager - Charlotte, North Carolina Our client in Charlotte, North Carolina is looking to hire an Accounting Manager This is a permanent position and the client is paying up a salary in the $80K to $100K range. Drive improvement in business performance through effective cost control, monitoring and reporting systems, with particular emphasis on cost accounting and systems implementations Deliver accurate and timely financial reports including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports. Evaluate all financial systems and procedures and implement changes and improvements to increase accuracy, control and timely reporting. Implement processes for establishing, monitoring and reporting on performance against KPIs (operational and financial); Supervise accounting staff to ensure the accurate and timely production of all financial information, and monthly closing processes.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting or related field CPA or CMA strongly preferred 5-7 years or Progressive Experience ERP system implementation experience and strong EXCEL skills
