Job Description

Job Summary:
The Manager, Financial Systems and Provider Analytics provides financial leadership, analytical expertise, and operational support to CaroMont Medical Group and other organizational leaders. This role manages provider bonus processes, compensation modeling, provider benchmarking tools, cost accounting, labor productivity reporting, system data management, licensure reporting, and market share reporting. The Manager partners with clinic, service line, and senior leaders to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial information that supports decision-making, compliance, financial stewardship, and performance improvement. This role also provides training, guidance, and technical support to staff and operational leaders to promote effective use of financial systems, reporting tools, and analytical resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field required. A minimum of five years of progressively responsible financial, analytical, cost accounting, or operational finance experience is required, preferably in a healthcare setting. Experience with provider compensation, productivity reporting, financial systems, and data management is strongly preferred. Supervisory or management experience is preferred. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, communication, financial reporting, and computer application skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with leaders, manage multiple priorities, ensure data accuracy, and translate complex financial information into meaningful operational insights.
