full-time We're excited to be partnering with a top-tier, private equity-backed industrial services rollup strategy to hire an Accounting Manager to support continued expansion. This is a truly unique opportunity to join a high-growth platform early and take full ownership of the accounting function for an operating business, with the backing of a rapidly scaling PE platform behind you. What You'll Be Doing Own the monthly close process end to end, producing an early, reliable view of results and steadily tightening the timeline Manage revenue recognition and job costing on active projects, extending into inventory tracking and periodic cycle counts as required Maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast and assemble the broader financial reporting package, including variance commentary Strengthen internal controls, budgets, and KPI tracking, while keeping the business compliant with applicable regulations Partner with the regional finance team on ERP usage, system upgrades, and integrations as the platform scales Manage and develop accounting staff where a team is in place, and ensure accurate payroll, AR, and AP What We're Looking For 4-10 years of progressive accounting experience, having personally run a monthly close rather than only supporting one Solid technical grounding in GAAP, including reconciliations, accruals, and preparation of financial statements A history of owning close and reporting for more than one entity, branch, or subsidiary at a time Working knowledge of mid-market accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, ServiceTitan, or similar), with the ability to pick up new systems quickly Advanced Excel skills paired with the independence to bring order and process to loosely defined problems Public accounting background a plus Project-based, construction, or inventory-intensive experience (job costing, WIP, cycle counts) a plus Prior experience leading or mentoring a small accounting team a plus CPA a plus
