In this high-impact role, you'll combine strong financial planning and analysis capabilities with hands-on project leadership to shape capital decisions, strengthen operational performance, and ensure the business is investing in the right priorities. This is more than a traditional FP& A role — it's a chance to be a strategic partner across operations, supply chain, and plant leadership, helping the organization make smarter, faster, and more profitable decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for operations. Partner with supply chain and operational leaders to support business decisions. Evaluate capital investments and support long-term planning. Perform financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and return on investment. Manage cross-functional projects and help drive execution. Create reports and dashboards to monitor performance and key metrics. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support profitability Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 5+ years of progressive FP& A experience, ideally supporting operations, manufacturing, or supply chain Strong experience developing capex business cases and conducting ROI, NPV, and IRR analysis Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver against deadlines Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Experience with an ERP system and business intelligence/planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or Power BI Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders Preferred Qualifications MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA Experience in a multi-site or capital-intensive environment Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
