Position Overview The Plant Finance Manager will lead the financial establishment, accounting framework setup, cost management, and operational finance for the new US manufacturing site. This role is responsible for driving internal controls, General Ledger accounting, tax and treasury infrastructure, and standard costing models from ground zero through site launch and operational scale-up.

Key Responsibilities Plant Setup & Infrastructure:

Establish local chart of accounts, banking infrastructure, authorization matrices, and foundational financial SOPs required for the new facility.

US GAAP & General Ledger Accounting:

Set up and direct full-cycle General Ledger (GL) operations, balance sheet reconciliations, and full-set financial statement preparation in strict compliance with US GAAP.

Cost Accounting Architecture:

Design standard costing models, validate Bill of Materials (BOM) integrity, and build inventory control protocols prior to commercial production.

Treasury & Cash Management:

Manage site cash liquidity, daily banking operations, cash flow forecasting, and capital disbursement controls.

Tax & Statutory Compliance:

Oversee initial tax registrations, state and local tax filings, customs compliance, and the application of local tax incentives or government subsidies.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Formulate initial plant operating budgets and Annual Operating Plans (AOP) to track expenditure during setup and operational ramp-up.

Leadership & Team Building:

Recruit, onboard, mentor, and lead the local plant finance team, establishing strong accountability and cross-functional partnership across plant operations. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 6+ years of financial management experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical proficiency in US GAAP, full-cycle GL, plant cost accounting, statutory tax compliance, treasury, and operational budgeting. Proven leadership capabilities, high accountability, and strong analytical acumen. Preferred Qualifications Active USCPA or CMA certification. Hands-on experience with greenfield manufacturing plant setups or site expansion projects.
