This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment, and wants to build a career in automotive finance while maintaining a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8am-5PM Last Weekend of the month as well.

Responsibilities:

Assist Finance Managers with daily deal processing and administrative tasks Help ensure all deals are complete, accurate, and submitted for funding Manage and track Contracts in Transit (CIT) to ensure timely funding Follow up with lenders and banks to resolve funding issues Ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted Assist in collecting and submitting all eligible rebates and incentives to the appropriate banks and lenders Review deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness Communicate with lenders, banks, sales, and internal departments to keep deals moving Maintain organized deal files and records Support Finance Managers in delivering an efficient customer experience

Qualifications:

Automotive dealership experience preferred Finance office, F&I, accounting, or deal processing experience a plus Knowledge of lender requirements, rebates, and funding processes preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional communication skills Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn Strong computer and administrative skills
