We are seeking a detail-oriented General Accounting Manager to support financial reporting and analysis across assigned entities. This position is onsite in Wendell, NC. This General Accounting Manager plays a key part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accuracy,pliance, and timely delivery. You will partner with cross-functional teams, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain strong financial controls in a fast-paced, global environment. Responsibilities Lead and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities Prepare and analyze financial results (actual vs. budget, forecast, prior periods) Upload and reconcile financial data across reporting systems Manage fixed asset accounting and related reporting Support internal and external audits Oversee sales, use, and property tax filings Ensurepliance withpany policies and SOX controls Partner with leadership to improve reporting accuracy and processes Provide backup support for close activities and contribute to ad hoc projects
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience) 5-7 years of hands-on experience in general accounting and close processes Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) Experience in a publicpany and SOX environment preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Clearmunication skills and ability to work across teams Organized, process-driven, andfortable working under pressure
