What You Will Do:

Lead & Develop the Team

• Guide, coach, and develop Financial Planning & Analysis team members while driving performance and growth. Deliver Business Insights
• Analyze financial and operational results to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and business performance. Lead Strategic Analysis
• Conduct what-if analysis and evaluate the financial impact of business changes and new opportunities. Partner with Leadership
• Build strong relationships with executives and field leadership to support action planning and business decisions Drive Planning & Forecasting
• Improve budgeting and planning accuracy while supporting long-term financial strategies. Enhance Reporting & KPIs
• Develop and refine key performance indicators and reporting to improve visibility and drive results.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related fields. Leadership Skills
• Proven ability to lead initiatives, develop teams, and influence cross-functional partners. Problem-Solving Ability
• Strong judgment and resourcefulness to navigate complex business challenges. Analytical Thinking
• Advanced ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations. Financial Expertise
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, and business analysis.
