Position Overview:

As a Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in driving dealership profitability by structuring deals, securing financing, and presenting value-driven protection products. This role is key to delivering a seamless, transparent, and positive customer experience from purchase to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Structure and finalize retail, lease, and finance transactions efficiently Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, etc.) Build and maintain strong lender relationships to ensure competitive approvals Ensure all deals meet federal, state, and dealership compliance standards Accurately complete, submit, and fund all deal paperwork in a timely manner Partner with the sales team to maximize gross profit and deal success Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI performance Stay current on lender programs, compliance updates, and industry trends

Qualifications:

2+ years of Automotive Finance Manager experience preferred Proven track record of strong PVR and product penetration Strong knowledge of deal structuring and lender relationships Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience with DMS/CRM systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, RouteOne, etc.) Valid driver's license Why Join Our Automotive Group?
