Short Description Overseestheteamsresponsible for providing patient estimates and guiding insured patients through the healthcare financial process, ensuring they understand their billing details, insurance coverage, and out-of- pocket costs, while also coordinating with front end, Financial Screening and Billing departments to facilitate smooth efficient payment collection,answering all incoming calls regarding billing concerns and processing payments.- Key duties include staff supervision and payroll; creation and analysis of pre and point of service cash reporting; policy development, patient education, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Promotes and supports organizational and departmental initiatives.
- Works collaboratively with internal and external customers to improve systems and processes.
