Short Description Overseestheteamsresponsible for providing patient estimates and guiding insured patients through the healthcare financial process, ensuring they understand their billing details, insurance coverage, and out-of- pocket costs, while also coordinating with front end, Financial Screening and Billing departments to facilitate smooth efficient payment collection,answering all incoming calls regarding billing concerns and processing payments.
  • Key duties include staff supervision and payroll; creation and analysis of pre and point of service cash reporting; policy development, patient education, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Promotes and supports organizational and departmental initiatives.
  • Works collaboratively with internal and external customers to improve systems and processes.
Experience Required 3-5 years required. Education Requirements High School/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Hourly Rate Min $36 Hourly Rate Max $59 The Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the pay range for this position. A salary offer will vary based on the job role, candidate experience, qualifications, internal pay equity and market data.
