Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Schedule Life Insurance Disability Insurance Health Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Parental Leave Requirements Active New Jersey Property and Casualty Insurance License. Proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing sales teams. Deep understanding of the local insurance market and regulatory landscape. Exceptional ability to coach others on building and maintaining a client base. Demonstrated skill in analyzing sales performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly. Strong organizational skills for overseeing daily branch operations. Experience in recruitment and talent development within a financial services or insurance setting. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Edison office to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently. Recruit, train, and support a team of ambitious sales professionals as they work toward their career goals. Foster a collaborative environment where every team member feels supported, valued, and empowered to succeed. Develop and implement sales strategies that help us reach our goals while keeping our client-first philosophy at the center of everything we do. Monitor performance data to provide constructive, actionable feedback to your staff. Maintain strong relationships with our corporate partners and ensure our office consistently meets our high standards of service.
