Not Available Accounting & Operations Manager Description Our client, a growing manufacturing and distribution company, is looking for an Accounting & Operations Manager to join to their team in Farmingdale, NJ. Reporting directly to the Controller/VP of Finance, you will provide broad, hands-on support across accounting, finance, and business operations. You will assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls while developing a strong understanding of the company's production, inventory, shipping, logistics, and billing processes. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting and bookkeeping background, and is proactive, curious, and self-directed.
