About Us:
Mid-Atlantic Golf Cars of NJ is a leading provider of golf car services, catering to golf courses, residential areas, and commercial accounts. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we strive to ensure all vehicles are maintained and serviced efficiently.Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Golf Car Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on providing top-notch service to our diverse clientele. This position will be a hybrid shop/field based position. Some shifts will be worked in-house, some will be worked in the field, on-site at golf courses or other locations.Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on golf cars, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine the appropriate course of action.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Install, repair, and replace parts as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service status and recommendations for maintenance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a golf car technician or similar role preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex systems.
- Knowledge of golf car components and their functions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work cohesively and efficiently as part of a group on larger projects when required.

- Service Technician position is based in our Howell, NJ site, located in Monmouth County.
