Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Golf Car Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on providing top-notch service to our diverse clientele. This position will be a hybrid shop/field based position. Some shifts will be worked in-house, some will be worked in the field, on-site at golf courses or other locations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on golf cars, including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine the appropriate course of action.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Install, repair, and replace parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service status and recommendations for maintenance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a golf car technician or similar role preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex systems.
• Knowledge of golf car components and their functions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work cohesively and efficiently as part of a group on larger projects when required.
